I requirements and conditions

1. The applicants

 

★ The applicant must be an operator with entrepreneurial spirit, long-lasting energy and perseverance.

★ The applicant must have a sense of brand management, a perspective of modern management and long-term development, and can think systematically.

★ The applicant must have a certain degree of organizational ability, be good at communication and be able to personally participate in the operation and management.

★ The applicant must have a good personal reputation and credibility of the business.

★ The applicant should be a residence who settles in the location of the shop.

 

2. Licensed store location

 

★ The shop should local on the 1^st floor of an independent store on the most bustling commercial section, covering an area of more than 50 M² and with a shoppe larger than 35M² of practical special area.

★ Window signs should be more than 4 meters wide, and the shop should be provided with electricity for 30 KW or more.

★ The specific location of the shop should finally be approved in writing by the company headquarters.

 

 

3. Funding

 

★ The operator should have a certain amount of his/her own fund and working capital, with an initial fund between RMB 150,000 to 200,000 yuan based on the applicant's region, urban location and the shop size, distribution, and equipment devices investment.

 

II Viability Assessment:

Applicants should provide with the following materials while submitting the Franchise Application Form to the headquarters:

★ Self-introduction and a CV

★ A analysis report on the  on local clothing market and prospects of garment development.

★ An operation proposal upon acceptance of the CONIAO brand franchise system.
