In order to guarantee the interests of customers and maintaining the reputation of CONIAO, following our idea of providing with well-crafted and excellent quality products, we promise our customers as follows:

 

I. Product Quality:

1. We strictly follow the principle of providing “one-on-one" tailor cutting, production, and service to ensure customers with fit and comfortable uniforms.

2. Delivered products are strictly identical to the clothing model which is finally confirmed with acceptance of the customer.

3. Provided that the products were not identical to the confirmed model, or the products were not fit to the special body of customers，we would modify or reproduce onsite unconditionally upon customer’s requirement within 3 working days from receipt of customer notification until the customer satisfies.

4. Beyond our quality problems, we would charge the most preferentially rate if customer requires modifying or reproducing.

II. Customer Employee Uniform Database

1. We will prepare customer uniform design information.

2. We will prepare basic material information for our customers’ uniform template confirmation.

3. We would like to organize employee wear information, including department name, staff name list, staff size and clothing quantity, as well as modification record.

 

III. Service Promise

 

* Pre-sales services:

1. Preparations before producing: within 3 days from the signing of the contract, we will start our preparation work of size set sample and tailoring for purchasing, production, and follow-up services.

2. Setting up a full-fledge tailoring record of all the staff for future production use and after-sales service.

3. Processing of special shape staff tailoring information for special deal in order to implement in the production to ensure the comfortable and fit.

 

* In- sale service

 

1. Commitment to raw material quality: we promise to abide by requirements issued by relevant State departments, and strictly control the source of procurement of fabrics, accessories and parts. Once raw material is sent to us, we will test the components, yarn, weight, sex, color fastness, color range, shrinkage, matching accessories, PH value, and the formaldehyde content by using necessary instruments so as to ensure the quality of raw material.

2. Our strong technical team, skilled staff and advanced production and testing device guarantee a high quality of our products and we ensure our satisfactory delivery timely.

3. As we know, at any time and at any stage, the semi-finished and finished products quality represents our quality standards, so we are always ready to accept any form of check and inspection on our customers. We would be glad to provide all facilities and we will unconditionally listen to customers’ comments in an immediate rectification manner.

4. We would like to communicate timely with our customers in the process of contracting, and we would change our production and delivery plan in accordance with customer’s instruction of employee number to guarantee our customers’ budget effectiveness.

 

* After-sales service

1. We are to deliver goods on time properly to the designated place in accordance with contract terms, and to get ready to assist in the distribution work.

2. We will start the after-sales service procedures immediately s after the delivery and follow up the delivery quantity, product quality, and maintenance services. In addition, we operate 24hrs uniform service hotlines at 020-81070498, 13711484988 (Mr. Yang) for listening to our customers.

3. We closely follow our customer’s uniform order number instructions. For small number orders, we promise to tailor onsite within 3 working days and then complete the production with in 15 working days. Uniforms ordered for newly-added staff enjoys the same after-sales service.

   4. CONIAO has already established perfect pre-sale and after-sale systems with a customer care center, which locats at 9F/Block B, Xijiao Plaza, No.11 Liuhua Rd., Guangzhou. Through them, we are always ready to provide our customers with quality service. Direct sales stores are also set up in the Pearl River Delta region such as Guangzhou Groundbuy Department Store, Zhengjia Department Store, the Friendship Store, Binbin Plaza.
